To transform the IT landscape of Gujarat ecoming one of the leading states in terms of world-class lr infrastructure, availability of high-skill in Emerging Technologies.



INCENTIVES FOR BUILDERS

CAPEX – OPEX Support

  • 25 % support CAPEX, price ceiling – 100 Cr.

  • 15% annual OPEX support, price ceiling 20 Cr.

Mega Projects Support

  • ​25% CAPEX support, price ceiling 200 Cr.

  • 15% OPEX support, price ceiling 40 Cr.

Interest Assistance

  • 7% subsidy on term loan

IT City/ Township

  • 25% capex support, 100 Cr. price ceiling

  • Walk to work culture (residential and commercial)

  • Minimum of 10-50 acres of land area for IT township

  • More than 50 acres of land area for IT City

Early Mover Advantage

  • First 3 IT Projects less than 100 Cr. will be mega projects

INCENTIVES FOR IT/ITes COMPANIES NOT LOCATED IN IT CITY/TOWNSHIP

Employee Generation Incentive

Minimum of 50% of one month’s CTC-

  • 50,000 INR for males

  • 60,000 INR for females


Electricity Duty Incentive

  • Claim entire electricity duty for 5 years

Skill Enhancement/Development

  • Government collaboration with premier institutions and offer courses in the field of IT

  • INR of 50,000 for completing a globally recognized course

  • Launching programmes for school students

Cloud System Support

  • 25% CAPEX support, with 20cr price ceiling

  • Power tariff of Rs. 1/unit for 5 years

Data Centre Projects

  • 25% CAPEX, with 150 cr price ceiling

  • Power tariff of Rs. 1/unit for 5 years

Reimbursement Of EPF

  • 100% for female employees

  • 75% for male employees

  • Price ceiling of 12% of salary + D.A.

Research And Development

  • ​60% CAPEX support for R&D assets, with a price ceiling of 5 Cr.

Non – Fiscal R&D Benefits

​ Facilitation of allotment of land

  • Self - certification

  • Investor facilitation centre

  • Preferential market access

ADDITIONAL INCENTIVES FOR IT/ITeS COMPANIES in IT City/Township

(In addition to the above-mentioned incentives)

Non – Fiscal Incentives

  • Permission of mixed land use

  • Relaxation of floor space index

  • Assistance in obtaining statutory clearances

Capex Support

  • 25% support, with a price ceiling of 100 Cr.

Infrastructure

  • ​Government facilitated model with PPP and modern infra

  • Empanel co – working IT offices run by private companies

Rental Support For Co -Working Seats

  • ​50% for the first 2 years up to 10,000 Rs.

  • 25% for 3-5 years up to 5,000 Rs.
